Beer Release #313 Summerye – Rye IPA
The days are getting darker, and so are our beer.
As the weather starts to get colder and the leaves start to change, it’s time to look forward to the next season. Summerye is a Rye IPA that reminds us of those early summer mornings while looking forward to a cosy Autumn, followed by colder winter nights.
Hasselssons
Like all good stories, Hasselssons began with three childhood friends, who were determined to make their dream of working together come true. Adam Axelsson and Oliver Bull, two out of the three co-owners, define their concept as “fast food from the ocean”. Hasselssons is a Pop-up Seafood restaurant famous for their fish and chips. But it’s much more than their well-known fish and chips, you could say they have transformed into a lifestyle, and it is only just the beginning.
Beer Release #282 Hasselssons Li’l Pils – Unfiltered Pilsner
We teamed up with the good people at Hasselssons to create their very own beer – Hasselssons Li’l Pils. At 3,5% you could call this Unfiltered Pilsner a Table Beer and with its chewy mouthfeel and Czech and Slovenian hops, this beer pairs perfectly with all of their delicious seafood dishes.
Beer Release #312 Sällskapsdryck – American Pale Ale
The beer of choice if you are looking for an easy-drinking, straightforward, crisp, thirst-quencher. A beer best served at 8-10°C while relaxing in the company of old friends. Clean, simple, full of citrus and stone fruit flavours with hints of grass notes and a soft yet pronounced bitterness.

Session IPA is the most recent brew from the beerbliotek experimental brew project, created by Molly, our latest brewery intern – in fact, this is her very first recipe.
