Our adventures from 2014
With 2014 behind us, we decided to look back at our adventures. It has been an amazing year here at Beerbliotek. We started the year with our goal of making better beer and more of it.
The time has come for a small batch brewery to become a bigger small batch brewery.
Beerbliotek is a small batch brewery in the cultural heart of Gothenburg. We strive to produce exciting, unfiltered and unpasteurised beers of the highest quality.
Beer Release #49. Hip Hops – A West Coast IPA
As the hottest Swedish summer in memory comes to an end, and Autumn slowly prepares to walk us into the Eternal Darkness of winter, it’s time to reflect upon the year so far, and realise it’s not all doom and gloom.
Cellar Door Sales
A brave new world.
It is time for the Swedish government to allow cellar door sales (gårdsförsäljning) in the same way it works in most of the wine and beer producing world.

Beer Release #05. Bobek Citra – A Very Hoppy American Pale Ale
For this Pale Ale we use Styrian Bobek Hops from Slovenia and Citra Hops from the US. This combines the gentle citrus tones of European noble hops with the more in your face aromas of US high alpha Hops.
