When looking for an English Style pub in Gothenburg, look no further than The Red Lion. A freshened up traditional British bar with great pub food, a warm and friendly atmosphere and a very decent tap assortment (that you can always find up to date on Untappd).
Since the start, our friends from The Red Lion have bought our beer. They are our local pub just a stones throw from the brewery. It was one of the places where we devised our plans for starting Beerbliotek and it is still the place where we go to meet up if we’d like to discuss the brewery whilst having a pint.
We have done multiple events and collaborations with them, including their house beer, Blöta Lövet, an easy drinking 5,5% IPA. You can always find at least one of our beers on tap, plus more in cans. In these strange times, The Red Lion is focusing on bringing in local beer to support Gothenburg breweries. Out of 18 beer taps + 1 cider tap, 12 taps are dedicated to good local craft beer.

- If you’re feeling healthy, visit the bar & grab a fresh local beer. With spacious indoor and outdoor seating, you can choose to sit in a homelike, cosy environment (with a rotating exhibition from local artists on the walls), or drink and dine outside to enjoy the sun with a view of the charming neighbourhood of Majorna. You can bring your dog too!
- You can grab a 10 beer tasting card for yourself, or as a gift, for only 350kr. Perfect for sampling different styles of local beer.
- Order their food to eat in. A takeaway menu is available with 15% off your total.
