We have almost lost count of the collaborations we have done with the infamous gang at Whiplash. When Alex, Allan and Adam get together there is usually a bit of chaos in the making. However this time when Whiplash stopped by and brewed a beer it was lead-brewer Lewis Horne that came past to join forces with our head brewer Tom. Both previously of Northern Monk fame and so was born Numbered Sneakers – The latest in our series of Westcoast IPA.
The predominant hop in this one of our head brewers favourite, the classic, centennial. The malt base is light enough for the Centennial to get the attention it deserves, without compromising on a malt presence when consuming. Crack a can, and be greeted with a nose full of zest. Lemon, yuzu and fresh cut grass beckon you to sip, there’s notes of sherbert and lemon grass nestled on a sturdy malt cracker.
