Beer Release #298. Even more of exactly the same – Double IPA.
A Double IPA, which as the name suggests, is another Double IPA
As a brewery we are constantly taking on the challenge to brew new kinds of beers. Sometimes, as the name suggests, we brew Even more of exactly the same. That is why we will always have at least one beer from each style in our assortment.
This is our 298th beer, making Even more of exactly the same our 30th Double IPA in our beer library. Our first ever Double IPA was Nelson Sauvin, the 3rd beer we brewed all the way back in 2013.
Citra, Cascade, Columbus and Cashmere hops take the lead in this light, golden and bruised pineapple coloured DIPA while vanilla, passion fruit and bright fresh citrus notes hit the nose. Big tropical and stone fruit flavours are rounded out with sweet notes and a grassy bitterness making this juicy beer surprisingly easy to drink.
Text on the label. Each day brings us the challenge and opportunity to brew something new, and yet, somehow, something exactly the same.
