Beer release #229. In Times Like These, a low ABV Chocolate Stout
At the beginning of October we brewed this little dark beer, and filled it with chocolate. In our low ABV (Folköl) assortment we’re always aiming to have a few different styles. Right now we have four different beer styles in that assortment, a Berliner Weisse, a Session IPA, a Tropical Fruit Sour Ale, and now a new Stout.
A nose full of chocolate followed by some roasted tones from the malt. Taste of dark chocolate and a hint of coffee. If you liked Not an Udder Brown Ale, then this would be its baby brother.

Our low ABV Beers are always all available to supermarkets here in Sweden, and now there are three different ways to get hold of them too. If you’re an ICA Supermarket, then you can search the ICA lokalportal, alternatively you can use Stockfiller. The third option is always just to contact us directly.

We are Beerbliotek, a Craft Brewery founded in Gothenburg (Sweden) by four friends from different parts of the world. Our brewing philosophy is simple… keep brewing new beers that we, ourselves, would want to drink.
Our name is derived from the Latin word bibliothēca, meaning library, or a collection of books. A Beerbliotek, for us, would then mean a beer library, or a collection of beer.
