This Barley Wine has been aged in Oak Barrels for six months, then blended with a fresh batch to achieve the refined flavours our brew team was looking for. We then dedicated it to one of our favourite songs from 90s.
Everyone has that one song, the one that takes you back to a moment in your life. For a brewer it's the same with certain hop aromas. And maybe it will be for you, too.

Mosaic is one of our favourite Hop varieties, so we decided to show off its characters in this beer. Expect orange, marmalade and tropical fruit tones delivering a luscious IPA.
This is our first attempt at a pilsner. We never attempted this style as homebrewers. It is generously hopped, and as with all of our beers, it is unfiltered and unpasteurised.
