I’m so aware this is happening
We brew a wide variety of beer styles within a constant stream of new and exciting beers. We wanted to create a new recipe for a Double IPA to freshen up our Systembolaget assortment for the first quarter of 2020.
This Double IPA is accelerated with an intense aroma of sweet orange peel and pineapple. A soft, dry bitterness leaves your tongue heavy with hops and deep malty depths.
Hops: Columbus, Ekuanot, Citra
Dry Hop: Ekuanot & Citra
We’ve brewed a lot of new beers this year bringing our beer collection up to 273 different beers brewed. It’s been a fun and busy year that’s for sure. With a fast paced brewery our range is constantly changing, and as we are in the cultural heart of Gothenburg, we make sure to supply our Swedish customers with different beers at the Swedish Monopoly, including one of our latest beers, I’m so aware this is happening.
The range of beers that we brew the most of is IPAs. We’ve brewed 27 Double IPA’s so far, our first being #03 Nelson Sauvin brewed back in May 2013 and the newest #267 West Coast DIPA brewed as a collaboration with North Brewing co. in November 2019.
We are Beerbliotek
A Craft Brewery founded in Gothenburg (Sweden) by four friends from different parts of the world. Our brewing philosophy is simple… keep brewing new beers that we, ourselves, would want to drink.
Our name is derived from the Latin word bibliothēca, meaning library, or a collection of books. A Beerbliotek, for us, would then mean a beer library, or a collection of beer.
